Jacques Marie Mage Molino sunglasses are 1960s-inspired spectacles with a rectangular shape, subtle beveling and a construction that combines volume and balance. The model is named after Carlo Mollino, the Italian architect and designer known for his distinctive approach to form and design.
The Molino is handcrafted in Japan from 10mm cured cellulose acetate. Custom double-laminated acetate temples continue the construction of the frame, while subtle beveling adds detail to the rectangular silhouette.
The frame features signature arrowhead front pins, custom wirecores with hairline engraving and custom 7-barrel hinges with spur-shaped rivets. Depending on the colorway, the frame is finished with different metal details and lenses. The Molino is produced in limited batches, with editions varying by color.
